If you really want a closer place to the sanctuary and the Grotto then pick this place plus near shops and food, even you can walk from train station to hotel just follow blue line , you can make yourself food at the room there is kitchen facilities or just to sleep and there are plenty of places around to eat and must eat at Made In Italy restaurants.. rooms and beds are clean and tidy and fresh and comfortable and reception at St Jean team are very helpful. You can message them before you arrive they always reply , its accessible to disabled people, great value of money if you do booking.com

Very central, close to the Sanctuary. Accessible to restaurant around the area, not far to walk to the market. Very good view. The room is the right size for us. Room has fridge, mini-kitchen, microwave and utensils worth having if you wanna cook own food while staying for few days.

The breakfast was good with ample choice, we only missed the fresh fruits and wholemeal cereal. The staff was friendly. The decor of the rooms was cosy.

The location was very near to Sanctuary, lovely view over river and mountain, the friendliness and competence of staff and the little kitchenette so we could cater for ourselves. We have stayed here lots of times and never been disappointed. Thank you St Jean for another lovely stay!!

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Lourdes, on the river bank, close to the sanctuary, museums, shops and restaurants. Great views from the balcony of our room, which was cleaned daily, unlike in other such hotels. A very nice staff helps all guests with everything they asked.

The location is great - 5 mins walking distance to the Sanctuary and plenty of cafes and restaurants next to the apartment. The apartment was spacious, with a kitchenette (microwave, fridge & stove) which offers adequate facility for cooking. Buffet breakfast (for an extra charge) was adequate. The staff were helpful. It has a lift which is helpful.

The Saint Jean was great for my stay as a volunteer. Ideal location- close to the domaine and mini market. Staff were just brilliant - so friendly. Rooms were not fancy but had everything that I needed for basic self catering… lots of towels etc, all at a great price. I will be back.

My favourite hotel in Lourdes. Ideally located. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is only a short stroll to the town centre and the rooms are very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Lourdes.

The reception staff especially Manar was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Location is very good. Just a short walking distance from the Lourdes Grotto.

The location of the hotel was very near to the Grotto and we were able to frequently visit the church and Gotto grounds during the day.The double bed was a bonus and the heating was excellent.the hot water was available throughout they.the staff especially Sally was very friendly and was very accommodative of out requests.Breakfast was excellent and we were able to serve many times.
